1. Supply ability: 250000 sqm of prefab houses, 10000 units of flat pack container and 3000 modular house with interior & exterior decoration.
2. Payment terms:
1) T/T 30% as deposit and 70% before loading the container
2) Trade assurance (Recommended)
3) Irrevocable L/C at sight
4) West Union/Money gram/Paypal
5) Trade terms: could be negotiated.
