1. Supply ability: 250,000 sqm of prefab houses, 10,000 units of flat pack container and 3,000 modular house with interior&exterior decoration.
2. Loading ability- 40HQ: 15units ( SKD)
3.Payment terms:
1) T/T 30% as deposit and 70% before loading the container
2) Trade assurance (Recommended)
3) Irrevocable L/C at sight
4) West Union/Money gram/Paypal
5) Trade terms: could be negotiated.
4. Lead time: 10-15 days after the receipt of deposit
